During the "Active Greece Awards 2015" event, which took place on Thursday, March 15th, 2015, at the Piraeus Port Authority, ELPEN was awarded with the Extroversion Award for its dynamic export orientation.

 


The "Active Greece Awards 2015" ceremony was organized by the Active Business Publishing agency, with the purpose of distinguishing Greece's most dynamic companies in the exports sector, companies which actively promote Greek manufactured products overseas. These companies were honored for their continuous investment in the country's exports endeavors, amidst the grave economic crisis in Greece.

The event was held with the technical support of Stat Bank, under the auspices of the Ministries of: Foreign Affairs, Development, Rural Development and Tourism, including important organizations promoting Greek entrepreneurship, such as the Panhellenic Exporters Association, the Greek International Business Association (SEVE), the Piraeus Port Authority, and the Export Credit Insurance Organization.

With an export activity covering the area of three continents (Europe, Asia and Africa), ELPEN is a pioneer, and has received worldwide recognition as a contributing factor to the country's pharmaceutical sector in terms of growth, investments, and development strategy. This honorary distinction is undoubtedly, yet another crowning achievement in the 50-year course of ELPEN, a company which through its dedication to quality and research, has managed to be included among the most important representatives of the Greek Drug, in the international market.
