For the 15th year, continuing its collaboration with the Aegean Team, ELPEN was, once again, present in remote Greece, offering equipment for the community clinic of Astypalaia.

The clinic was equipped with: a defibrillator with scanning monitor, reagents for general and biochemical blood tests, blood pressure gauges with oximeters and nebulizers, intubation sets, as well as with all necessary consumables, which will improve the livesof the island's inhabitants. The clinic's opening ceremony was held on Monday, May 11th, 2015, in the presence of ELPEN's Vice President, Mr. Theodore Tryfon.

Over the last years, ELPEN has been discretely leaving its trace with creative projects, but also with projects of essence for remote Greece. This has been done through the creation of a playground in the island of Anafi, through funding of the installation of a water reverse-osmosis filter in Thymaina, through the provision of water supply in Kerameidou, and through the educational, pedagogical and recreational material, which was offered to the schools of small, remote islands of the Aegean area.
