As part of my studies in Food Science and Technology & Nutrition, I completed my internship at ELPEN in 2015. I never expected that I would have the opportunity to work in the pharmaceutical industry, let alone discover it through the company I have now been part of for more than 10 years. What has motivated me to continue my journey with ELPEN is the company’s consistent values and commitment to growth, change, collaboration, and the ambition to make a meaningful contribution. These qualities are recognized and, under the right conditions, actively encouraged and cultivated.

As part of my postgraduate studies in Pharmaceutical Analysis, I completed my internship at ELPEN, an experience that gave me the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the professional environment of a modern pharmaceutical company. During my internship, I participated in structured laboratory procedures, following specific protocols while placing strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. At the same time, I collaborated with different teams, developing skills such as teamwork, consistency, time management, and effective communication. This experience was particularly important to me and encouraged me to continue my professional development with even greater motivation.
