SinupretORO® is a non-prescription herbal medicine in syrup form for the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic rhinosinusitis in patients aged 2 years and older.(1)

With triple action in rhinosinusitis:

SinupretORO®:

  • Liquefies secretions(3)
  • Decongests the sinuses
  • Improves breathing(4)

SinupretORO® may lead to a faster improvement in symptoms of nasal congestion, runny nose, and postnasal drip.(5)

Dosage regimen

  • Children aged 2-5 years:
    3 times a day, 2.1 ml
  • Children aged 6-11 years:
    3 times a day, 3.5 ml
  • Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older:
    3 times a day, 7.0 ml(1)

SinupretORO® consists of the liquid extract of the following five medicinal plants:

  • Gentian root (Gentiana lutea L.)
  • Vervain herb (Verbena officinalis L.)
  • Dock herb (Rumex L. sp.)
  • Elderflower (Sambucus nigra L.)
  • Primula flowers with calyx (Primula veris L. and/or Primula elatior L. Hill)

Not to be administered to children under 2 years, individuals with hypersensitivity to its ingredients, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms worsen, recur, or persist for more than one week, if you experience nosebleeds, fever, shortness of breath, severe pain, purulent nasal discharge, reduced vision, asymmetry of the midface or eyes, numbness of the face, or if you have an intolerance to certain sugars or hereditary fructose intolerance. Patients with gastritis or a sensitive stomach should take it after meals with a glass of water. If you are planning to have a child, seek medical advice before taking this medicine.
